Any
contact center with prior experience of dialing on outbound processes.
New centers with IPLC infrastructure are also eligible.
The center should be able to start with a minimum of 15 seats in pilot batch and have the capability to expand to 25 seats in the next one month.

Quality The center should be able to deliver the results and adhere to quality of the highest standards. Training The client shall appoint a trainer for the respective location. The duration of the training shall be one week and the trainer shall stay with the center for another one week till the process is streamlined. Advantage Process
